  Do NOT go anywhere or talk to anyone else until you speak with Patrick. He saved me from making a big mistake that almost cost me $40K+. He worked so hard and was able to get me in my home within 3 weeks. He always answer an follows up with everything. Great person and I have recommended him to all my friends and family.
