  I highly highly highly recommend Patrick Cunningham. He is absolutely the best and worked endlessly with my wife and I to help us get our forever home. He was always available even during off hours and went above and beyond. I cannot say enough about him and he cares so much that he becomes part of the family! If my wife and I ever need another mortgage we will 100% be using him again!

  I've used Patrick a couple of times before, with excellent results. This time around, when I called his previous company, and found out he was no longer there, I immediately hung up, and tracked him down at Virtue. That should give a clear idea of how much I trust him; I do not want anyone else handling my loan. Once again, I had a great experience, with my refi getting processed extremely quickly and zero hassle. Patrick is super easy to work with, no hidden details, and he takes the effort to walk through the process and any questions. You can't go wrong with him!

  I highly recommend Patrick and I would suggest that you seriously consider him as a resource before you move forward with financing. We had used Patrick on 3 different transactions. A refinance with construction dollars, a refinance after, and now another refinance. In each of these he was able to set the right expectations and deliver the lowest rate we could find. He has always been straight forward with us, letting us know that not every lender always has the lowest rate but fortunately in our case, he DID! Patrick was always available for questions and always had the answers, making the process that much easier. I just want to say thank you for your patience and delivering on what you promised!
