  Not the best Santander Bank location, but also not the worst. They offer drive through banking that's a plus if it works for you but to be honest, if the customers/driver's in front of you want to take their time or don't know how to work the teller machine, then expect to stay awhile. That's a big negative. I've even seen people use those outdoor teller machine without a vehicle. I don't recommend to do this late hours were people can see what you're doing out in the open. The grounds are not kept clean. I read a few comments as well and there's a lot of low ratings on live customer services.

  I went to this branch. I needed 3 rolls of quarters. The teller only had 1 roll. She asked me to wait while the manager open the vault to retrieve the quarters. I waited 45 minutes only to be told they only have 1 more roll of quarters to give me leaving me no choice but to travel to another branch. This was my first time here and last!

  The attention to the client is not bad I would say that is just ok. the biggest problem here is, it does not have ATM inside the bank and you have to use the drive-thru one but the worst thing is that this ATM it does not work almost all the time.

  I used the drive through and I was at the passenger’s seat and on getting home, my account was blocked saying a man came into the branch and showed his id, it’s been weeks now and my account hasn’t been released, I am taking a legal claim cause I don’t know how a customer service rep could tell such a lie, I am soooo disappointed

  I called to the bank about some issue but but the girl picked up the phone she wasn't talking nice she was sounds mad the time and date is 10-05-20 2:30 pm

  This bank is the slowest ever I hate coming to this branch I usually drive to Morris ave because their service is too damn slow
