Alberto Balbuena1I was here trying to open a new savings/ CD account for myself since i wanted to deposit a good amount of money. But the person who greeted me said it would take an hour or more to do such a thing. I came in here at 4:20pm 06/08/2022 and was literally told that they couldn’t help me to open a new savings account or a CD account and that I can do it myself on the mobile app. This was the worst experience ever from a chase branch. Go to any other branch other than this one . I have a business checking with Bank Of America and i went to them instead to do this new savings account and CD , and they were more professional and helpful than chase. I will be switching my chase account to bank of America and opening an investment account with Bank of America, thanks to this Chase branch that wouldn’t help me. Customer service is all, if you treat people good it will reciprocate. But this branch is not an example of the other chase branches I’ve gone to where I’m treated like I’m a person. Do yourself a FAVOR AND DO NOT COME TO THIS CHASE BRANCH. If i could give 0 stars I definitely would. To me customer service is all and this branch doesn’t have any type of good customer service.

Erick Cedano1There is always someone new that thinks he owns the branch. Today, someone named "Louis" didnt approve to change some money even that I have 3 CCs with Chase. He should be re-trained on bank policies and customer satisfaction before given the responsibility of supervise and wongly train others.

Khadijah Cook5I've been a customer of Chase Bank for six years now. I opened an account shortly after I turned 18, and this is the branch I have used since I became their customer. I have never received anything short of excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered kindly and any problems were swiftly taken care of. Every time I visit, I'm greeted on my way in and out. As long as Chase continues this kind of service, they have made a customer for life out of me.

Vava1This location have many issues on who to take as far as how many people they have working. I came to this location and people are waiting extremely long. I believe the reason why is people in one line for people that's opening new accounts and people that lose their temporary card. I don't believe a person who need a temporary card has to wait in the same line as a person that's opening a new account. That will cause a customer service issue. I been in 2 other a chade bank and I haven't had that issue. I came to this location because that was the closest one at the time for me. I hope this bank do better as far as who to take. How do I feel about this bank not satisfied.

Lydia Smith1My new job banks with them so I decided to open an account. I went on Saturday around 12:45 and was told because the only have 2 bankers I can’t open an account today. I was wondering how lower management makes a decision like that. Shouldn’t every single customer count. Decided not to bank with them. Especially when I was told that. Customer service is important to me.

Deborah Rose1There are other branches of Chase, like the one in Hillside NJ thatwthat arecare more professional and nicer to customers. The Branch Manager needs to go for training asap. He is more focus in telling you what you did wrong instead of giving a solution. A complete waste of time.

Ana E Chirino-Wong1Came here with 4 deposit and was told I can only due 2 deposits thru drive thru, yet here I am today and the far in front of me is going on their 8th deposit and a line of 4 cars. Worst bank ever. I changed my business banking from Wells Fargo to chase and what a big mistake. Chase bank in Elizabeth NJ on broad st.
