  Virna Brown was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, no matter how simple or at what crazy hour I sent them, I really think she doesn't sleep. She kept us informed at every step of the process. I've re-fi'ed at least 4 other times over the years and found Envoy's use of digital documentation to be easy to use, it also made it simple to keep track of what had been done and what was needed.
