  I've been banking at this branch for at least a decade. I've always found the staff very helpful. Over the last several years Marie Yattara, and Lily Munoz have been exceptionally helpful with any issue that's come up, whether it's setting up tenant deposit accounts related to rental property, international banking issues, wiring funds, down to helping me straighten out issues related to my own mistakes (overdraft fees, because of a forgotten transfer and the like). I don't generally go out of my way to write reviews, but I'm always so impressed and happy with the level of service, that I felt compelled to. Great staff.

  Bank manager tried to deny me a receipt after receiving fee charge for cashing a check,$8. All People in this country are entitled to a receipt when charges are demanded. They wasted valuable time trying to disprove me and I’m very upset. Nevertheless judging the way I do business and offering me money saving solutions that hinder my performance. Sad experience in this branch.

  One teller working on a Saturday. 8 people in line. Zero social distancing. Sounds about right, switched to a local bank 10 years ago and couldn’t be happier. Friend is inside trying to get quarters and it’ll take 45 mins for what should take 60 seconds.

  Today ( Thursday 10/17) my husband and i had the pleasure of sitting down with T.J and start up a bank account with him. Not only was he amazing he reassured us with a lot of things. He made sure we understood everything before going on the next part of opening an acc. My only problem is i wish my husband and i wished we started an acc with threm sooner. Thank you T.J your a sweetheart and we look forward to having you help us with our next chapter in life. The Ripp's ☺☺☺☺☺

  the customer service here is horrible waited 30 min just to get spoken to & also told i have to wait 40 min just to get a temporary card ! got there at 3:15 they close at 4 do the math

  Never have a problem with traffic.Always quick and easy to do transactions
