  In most cases, refinancing is an absolute headache. This was not the case working with Virna. She was very insightful and took the time, no matter the time of day, to answer any question I had, in detail. Communication through text is a big plus for me and appreciated this was a primary option. Email communication was instant and everything was so much easier than my prior experiences with other companies. I cannot stress enough how well informed and helpful Virna was for me throughout the whole process. I recommend her to anybody and can guarantee you will be satisfied.
