      I absolutely love this credit union. I have been with them for 20 yrs +. When I 1st joined it was K of C CU... great staff at all locations also!!

      Place has more fee's than a bank. Credit unions are suppose to be in it for the members best interest. Not to benefit their pockets. Everything takes long. There is no way to process a bank to bank transfer with this company. Everything is just so bad.

      The worst ! No convenient locations, horrible hours , fees for not using a card that I can’t set up cause I can’t speak to a real person. Now I just watch them take money from my account every mouth and can’t stop it. Go else were!!!!

Additionally, members only need to make one transaction every 12 months to keep their account active. In the event of a dormant/inactive account, to help protect our members, all account access is frozen until the member can be verified. During these unprecedented times related to the COVID-19 pandemic, members may experience a higher than normal response time when attempting to call us. Limited branch access measures are also in place.
