Angel Perez1Place has more fee's than a bank. Credit unions are suppose to be in it for the members best interest. Not to benefit their pockets. Everything takes long. There is no way to process a bank to bank transfer with this company. Everything is just so bad.

mickey milligan1The worst ! No convenient locations, horrible hours , fees for not using a card that I can’t set up cause I can’t speak to a real person. Now I just watch them take money from my account every mouth and can’t stop it. Go else were!!!!

Our credit union offers a robust list of eService options to help members bank in the comfort of their home and without having to travel to a physical branch location. Additionally, members only need to make one transaction every 12 months to keep their account active. In the event of a dormant/inactive account, to help protect our members, all account access is frozen until the member can be verified. During these unprecedented times related to the COVID-19 pandemic, members may experience a higher than normal response time when attempting to call us. Limited branch access measures are also in place. We advise members to leave a message or use our online contact request form (www.viriva.com/contact), and we will get back to you in a timely manner to provide the appropriate financial or account-related assistance.
