  Good check cashing routine. They keep you on file and that’s a plus!! however if you find someplace else who does the same thing don’t come here at all. It’s 3 ladies who work here. It’s one dark skin women who works the Lottery. She’s barely there but when she is you’ll know it. She is Super loud and ratchet but I don’t really see her giving to much attitude. Another lady is more quiet, she’s not the nicest person but she’s not mean or nasty. I usually hope and pray I get her whenever I go in to cash my check. Side note: but I think the behavior of the other two females is starting to slowly sink in her blood. Then their is the evil witch of the east! I’m sorry but this lady is meannnnn. I think she has old lady syndrome. I can always tell her mood from her tilting her face down with those glasses on. Every time I go there someone always is irritated by her behavior. She doesn’t communicate well at all. I really can’t understand how she still has a job in the CS field. Thank GOD this lady is behind glass because somebody would for sure attack her. Surprisingly I think she must be the owner or is related to the owner because its no way you’ll want someone like that running your business. I hope this message reaches you Miss lady, and I really hope you change your attitude towards us. We are the reason why that business is still standing and we are the reason why you get a check. Understand we are just customers needing help with different issues. We should not be treated like scum. Note to management; Lines are always long, can you please try to hire more tellers. Also, it would be nice to have our money put into a envelope, think about the ones who have a lot of bills walking out with a bunch of money. It’s not safe. We love the new addition to this place ! But we need more counter space.

  Older African American lady with glasses speak to you rude for no reason. Anything out her mouth is rude. She has no customers service I don’t think she like her job. I said good morning she rolled her eyes. They should send a undercover person there so they can see how she operates.

  The guy behind the glass had no mask on (as required by orders of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) and will not allow pre-signed checks (every other check cashing place I've been too wants it pre-signed upon going to the window). The guy is a total a**hole and has a s**try attitude to go along with it.

  The one lottery cashier is always rude and I normally put up with it cause she’s like that to everybody. Made the mistake of talking back today and she tells me she knows where I work at. Seems like a threat to me and will be reported to my managers as such.

  Long line, only one teller. They charge you a dollar for a roll of quarters. Instead of giving me a $10 bill for change I asked if I could have a roll of quarters and the lady told me that's going to be a dollar extra for a roll of quarters. Never hearf of such i rhing. The only thing nice about this place is the $1 money orders. But I think I'd rather pay a little bit extra and go somewhere else.

  I attend Federal Jury duty and receive checks for attending and because it’s a government check, this establishment cannot charge outrageous percentage to cash the check so they refuse to cash it!!!! It’s a government check!!!! Seriously!!!!! You shouldn’t try to get rich off of cashing someone’s check anyway!!!!! So what about all the elder people with their government checks....

  I asked to have a fax sent. Gave the lady with the glasses the number and papers. She sent them to a number that do sent exist I did not get paid becacause of her. The lady that plays the numbers cursed me because she made a mistake. They are the worse

  The lady behind the counter what a rude person !! She wasn’t wearing a mask either she had a terrible attitude someone should fire her and I will be reporting that this location isn’t enforcing masks on their employees

  Ive lived in upper darby for 10 years. The staff person there with the eyeglasses is ALWAYS rude, poor customer service and cursing up a storm. I absolutely hate going into this store. She needs to be fired.
