  Vincent Keenan likes to prey on small businesses causing them to lose business. Then on top of that likes to display his business cards at a friend of mine’s funeral which he wasn’t invited to. If they’re was a negative star option I would give it to them. Update: likes to gaslight the people who review them. If you would like I could produce proof being that I was the photographer for the ceremony and recall picking up the business cards from the sign in table. Thank you but I know reality and will not stand being called a liar.

  Hi Kristen, We aren’t sure what prompted this review. We love our small businesses here on the Space Coast and work with and are patrons at many of them. Vincent has not been a guest at any funerals, only weddings. Thanks for the review.

  Bought my first home in Merritt Island with their agent Froy Velasquez. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the home buying process easy and stress free.   I must say, this company is represented by some of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Everyone in the office greeted me and were very helpful when I was in search of a place to call home. Vincent himself, who is always there and always willing to help, went above and beyond expected efforts in help of my search. Whether you are looking to rent, buy, or sell, this place is hands down number 1. They are the best in Brevard county. When you work with someone like this to find a home it is a very big decision and let me tell you I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Vincent with any of my real estate needs. Vincent and the other members of the team make you feel like you are a part of their family which makes me comfortable recommending my own family to them!!!

  Fantastic property manager!!! Vincent is always available! I have rented from him since 2013. He responds quickly to any issues and exceeds all my expectations. He not only acts with his property owners best interests in mind but he equally satisfies the tenant. He truly understands the balance of this relationship and thinks in long term goals. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.

  Sly and underhanded. Had to pay application fee as well as $1600 security deposit with cashier's check just to get your application looked at. Nowhere on my credit do I see they even looked at it.

  Hi Clifford, Our application process is very clear about the collection of a security deposit with the application and the terms of refund upon denial as well as the requirement to make at least 3x the monthly rent in income. The rental market is extremely competitive and through no fault of your own were denied for the property for a more qualified applicant.   Mr. Keenan did a spectacular job for me by selling a very difficult piece of property. He was a pleasure to do business with and always had an upbeat attitude until everything was completed. I highly recommend his expertise.

  Vincent truly is the King of realty in my opinion . In all my years of buying and renting all over the US have I ever seen such professionalism . Follow up is great but what impressed me was the research of finding what I was looking for !!! He has a very pleasant and attentive staff . I can only tell you if you are looking at selling , buying or renting I can’t imagine going anywhere else !!!!! A true 5 Star realty company Doc Sullivan

  This person and agency are fraud's. They managed my rental property for over 10 years and then when I ended the lease to try to sell property they told the tenant to squat and said not their problem. That is what you are dealing with if you use them for property management.
