  The company that I work for is a client of Sunrise Bank and words really can't express how blessed we are to be members. In a time of a crisis like this, they were able to promptly get us approved and set up for the company's payroll protection which allows us to keep our jobs and pay our bills.   The people over at Sunrise Bank are the best. It's nice to go in to bank and actually know who you are talking to and they make it a point to get to know you. Susan LaMarr and the rest of the staff are so friendly and easy to work with, and they have free ice cream!

  I have been doing business with Sunrise for over 10 years. They have been there for me as my business grew and our banking needs increased. Thanks to them I was able to purchase our building through what might have been their first SBA building loan. I have yet to experience one rude person with dealing from everyone from their mobile bank driver to the President of the bank. With the current situation with Covid 19 closings and employee furloughs, Sunrise came through in lightning speed approving and closing my PPP loan in plenty of time so my employees will not miss a paycheck. When you hear the term "Community Bank", you should think of Sunrise. They always come through when the community needs them. Thanks again to the Sunrise team. Here's to another 10+ years together.

  I work at a local small business and this bank is within walking distance. I was preparing my drawer for the weekend and needed change and thought perfect I will go to Sunrise. When I went to the teller to request certain denominations of money I was VERY rudely asked, "do you even bank here?" I said that I personally did not, but all I needed was some change. I was then RUDELY told that since I do not bank with them and neither does the business that they won't give me change. Sunrise, your money is not sacred, and if you aren't willing to help out locals, what do you tell all the people visiting? I will NEVER go back here again, I can get my change elsewhere!

  We love this bank and their staff! We've been a customer for over 20 years. They are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended as a business or personal bank! The new and updated online platforms are nice and user friendly.

  Tourist ? Here on buisness ? This is NOT for you. For most of us the word bank means tellers, ATM, buisness office and a place where even those without an account can change currency for a fee. This is not an HSBC, Barclays or Scotiabank. Staff were less than friendly actualy rather kurt in their communication. Even on there worst days in Barclays or Halifax Bank they are polite. I guess this is somekind of community savings co op or the like when compared to a bank in the UK.

  With a business in Brevard County, and living in Orlando, it's unfair to compare other banks to Sunrise and unfortunate I must deal with other banks. No bank can deliver the level of service I receive from Sunrise Bank on a consistent basis.
