  Constantly understaffed, they close without warning, and most of the time you will be waiting an excess of 10-15 minutes just to do a simple task that can be achieved at a drive thru at any other bank. Not sure how they continually don’t have anyone to work here

  I always go through the drive thru because I love to bring my dog with me. They are super dog friendly! They even stock up on dog treats for customers who bring their dogs. Only downside is that sometimes the drive through banking line is very long, but it's only because you are there at peak times during the day. Early morning and later afternoon around 330pm is probably the busiest time to go there. They always do their best to work fast when the line is long. And the staff is extra friendly and professional!

  Best I can tell whoever is in charge of the safe deposit boxes is not the sharpest tool in the shed. My father died 2 1/2 years ago, they say the box is closed but two years later still send invoices for the annual fee. I go through trying to get them

  The slowest bank I've ever had the non privilege of going to, Everytime. I'm going to try the bank of America in Merritt island, they have to b faster. After reading some other reviews I'm convinced that some body is deleting negative reviews. All these reviews r atleast 6 months to years apart. Come on man, people through out reviews alot more often than that.

  Horrible service!! I went to the bank with all papers ready to open my business bank account and they were not able to help me. They mentioned some papers from my case were missing… however I went to another branch of BOA and got my business account opened within 15 min.

  Had an awesome experience.... Sarah takes care of her customers when other branches won't..was very dissatisfied with bank of America and Sarah changed that. Very friendly staff! Thanks so much Sarah!
