  Amy was unstoppable! There is a 100 guarantee that everything in a house can and will eventually break, rot, or rust. Finding the issues that are known and balancing the unknowns is critical. Unless you are wealthy and this is not something with which you concern yourself, then finding a realtor to help you through the purchase process is crucial. I have purchased many properties in the past 20 years and have dealt with some pretty bad realtors and sketchy agencies. So if the things that matter in finding a house is Location, Location, Location, then the thing of most importance to me in an agent is Integrity, Integrity, Integrity. Amy is one of those genuine people who care more about integrity than pushing the product or the profit. From day one her input and guidance was invaluable. She didn't try to sell a product to me, she gave me information that would help me to make a decision that worked for me. This was the least expensive property that I have ever purchased and at the same time the most painfully complicated transaction. Most important to me was her resilience during the unexpected and complicated issues that arose. Florida Lifestyle Realty was willing to go the distance to facilitate the sale and Amy was fearless and maintained a composed, level head. She worked with me every step of the way providing options that helped me get through the process.   Brittany was a pleasure to work with selling my condo from beginning to end. She went out of her way to make sure my listing was accurate and represented in the best way. From description to pictures to staging everything was done professionally and well thought out. Brittany was always available and made the process of selling easy.
