  We find using Victory Beach Vacations to be very easy and have had 3 years of great properties. This past year was our favorite yet. The ladies in the office are kind and the instructions are very easy to follow and we get our deposit back within 8 days typically so we are very pleased and will look to them next time we visit Carolina or Kure Beach.

  We were apprehensive about choosing a new vacation spot after going to the same place for 20 years. I spent countless hours looking at rentals all up & down the coast. Leading up to vacation, the office staff was always friendly & communicative. Our check-in was smooth & we received a packet with great detail about where we were staying & any little details we might need to know. From the moment we arrived, we felt valued as a customer. We just finished our vacation & I have nothing but praise for this company & the rental we chose. Everything seemed to have been well thought out for someone to enjoy their time. The furnishings were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of storage options throughout the house. The beds were comfortable & there were even extra niceties in the rooms like sound machines to block out noise. TVs were pretty new with app features available like Netflix, Hulu, etc. The screened porch was a favorite spot to hang out & read a book or enjoy a meal. I really feel like I could go on & on about our vacation experience. Bottom line is Victory Vacations does an excellent job & I am so pleased that I found them. We look forward to next time.

  The unit was ready earlier than expected. It was very clean, roomy, well furnished and quiet. Loved the rooftop deck also. Great location

  Our immediate family, consisting of 4 generations, just spent a week at Song of the South. We had the entire house due to having 19 family members. It offered the space to include everyone as well as the ability to have privacy to allow for the relaxation that is so important with vacation. The house was decorated so cute and it was clean, comfortable and offered everything that was needed to have a home away from home. The kitchens were well stocked which allowed us to prepare almost all meals at home. The ocean front was fantastic to be able to visit the beach a couple times of day without traveling. We enjoyed the grill and the outside area gave the children room to play. The general area near the Boardwalk was fun to visit and the Fireworks on Thursday were beautiful. Our youngest daughter got proposed to on this vacation which will always make it a memorable and special place. Our ages ranged from 1 1/2 to 79 and there was something for everyone; I would definitely recommend this house for a large family or group. The assistance from the staff was excellent, thank you for a great week!

  Love Victory Beach Vacations! We have been coming to Carolina Beach, NC for the last 15 years and have used Victory Beach Vacations for the last several years. Check in and check out is very easy and the condo is always very clean and inviting. The staff is very nice and friendly and they are always there if you ever need anything. We are able to stay at Sands IV Unit 2B year after year. Beautiful condo!! We look forward to coming back again!!

  My family loved staying at Fair Haven in Carolina Beach. The space was very clean and staff was very attentive when the unit needed replenishing. You could see the fireworks from the rooftop deck, which was very useful with two young children. The boardwalk was an extremely easy walk from the unit as was the public beach access. We absolutely loved our trip!

  We rented Unit #105 @ Pelican Watch. The property was very clean and well appointed. The new owners obviously spent a considerable amount of time and money getting this property ready to rent. The ladies at Victory Beach were all very friendly as well. It was a great vacation & a fantastic rental experience.

  My family stayed at SeaWatch 109 The Grape Escape for the first time this year and we loved it! The home is only a few years old and is in excellent condition. The spacious layout worked very well for our group, and we loved the location as it lies half way between the community pool and the beach. The walk to the beach is very short, and the pool is large, clean and never crowded. The house has many upgrades, and we greatly appreciated the kitchen being well stocked with cooking necessities. We have rented from Victory Beach Vacations for many years, and we have always enjoyed our experience with this company. Thank you to Victory Beach and to the owners of SeaWatch 109 The Grape Escape for helping to make our vacation wonderful!

  We rented a vacation property through Victory Beach Vacations. They were fantastic. 100% first class. We arrived a little early on check in day. We let them know we were in town and asked if we could expedite our check in. They got us in early. There was a small mix-up with the linen we ordered. We called. They took care of it no problem. The unit was exactly as advertised. It was super clean when we arrived. Check in / Check out was easy. I can't think of anything they could have done better. We reserved the same unit for the following year before we left the State of North Carolina.
