  Everything is prepped, even when they just dealt with major hurricane in advance of out arrival. Don't know how but our condo had power which is something much of the town didn't so will put that down to luck and their efforts to assure our ability to sleep there that night after a 6 hour drive Originally booked via another service, but this time will book directly with Bryant as it's far more efficient operation than that service. Nicely Done...

  Our vacation rental was clean and spacious. The check-in and check-out process was easy. I appreciated the information that this management company provided in the days leading up to our trip. I definitely recommend this company and their properties.

  Everything was wonderful. Except we were not told before that the washer and dryer were not operational. And when I called and asked that's when I was told that o yes the owner had ordered a new one and then cancelled the order... I was not offered a discount extra linens or anything. Just a very polite sorry.

  Hello Cherokirsh - we do hate that the machines were down for your stay. A manager will be in touch with you this week to try and make things right. Please be on the look out for that. Despite this, I am glad you enjoyed your stay.

  Would give zero stars if possible. Unit we rented in December had no functioning laundry machine. Was never told until we checked in. Not great for 2 small children potty training. Was promised follow up and that it would be fixed. Nobody ever called me until I called first. The worst customer service ever. 4 days into our stay, a manager offered me a $25 credit to drive 7 miles one way to do laundry at a laundromat. Insulting isn’t an accurate description to this pathetic effort at fixing a problem they never tried to fix. I feel bad for the owners of this unit using such an unprofessional and unorganized company. Edited because I just saw another post before mine. It appears the laundry machine situation is more of a trend than a one off. Even more disturbing. My recommendation would be to call ahead to verify all appliances work before you travel, because you won’t be notified ahead of time. And also, don’t expect any calls back or follow up. I was promised follow up on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of our week stay and never got one. Always had to initiate multiple calls. Poor follow through and customer service.

  Hello Andrew - thank you for the review and we hate that the laundry machine was down. Replacement and repair cycles have been a lot longer than normal this year as a result of covid and supplies. We do disagree with your characterization of how we communicated this situation as well as how we tried to remedy the situation. The credit we offered was larger and sufficient to have wash and fold service from a laundromat on the island. Regardless, we hate this issue impacted your stay and we wish you nothing but the best.

  Stayed in an ocean front condo and everything was super easy from booking to when we left. The info they sent out before the trip was detailed and easy to understand. Upon our arrival we were able to get our keys easily and without any confusion or surprises. Was able to reach an agent with all my questions and got a quick response. We had a a great time! We would definitely book our next vacation with them again! Highly recommend.

  Nice place. Too many stairs and not enough towels and washclothes. Stocked with all appliances for a fun stay. Perfect location to beach access. Loved the decorations at the house. Perfect for beach week.

  We love this home as well! Thank you for the feedback on the towels/wash cloths. We provide a base amount and allow guests to secure extras, but have been considering increasing this base amount and will take this feedback into consideration. Looking forward to hosting you again soon!

  The staff is very friendly! We were worried about everyone checking in on a Saturday and the wait time we would have. We arrived at the office and the office was very quick and had all out info and keys ready. We were in and out under 10 minutes. We had no issues during our stay so we did not need to contact them again. We checked out early and dropped keys outside of office, very convenient.
