  True professionals since day one. Chad Bowman, Ryan Bray, Dustin Westwood and Kelly Garcia were responsive, attentive and transparent. We enjoyed every minute of the home buying process because they help put my wife and I at ease. We're so grateful that Veterans United was able to get us into our first home. If you're a veteran and plan on using your VA loan or other mortgage loan options, please make the VU Austin Branch your first and last stop for financing loan origination...you won't be disappointed.   From start to finish in the loan process, I was extremely impressed. Having worked with other lenders in the past (even during this loan process), I can tell you that Veterans United is definitely a cut above the rest! After all, I did end up going with Veterans United and thought the last lender was great. Sorry other lender, but you didn’t even come close!

  I am a veteran first time home buyer and did not know what to expect from this process and eventually decided to take the first step. From the initial phone call with Veterans United they were very professional and knowledgeable which helped a lot because it reduced the amount of stress this type of purchase can bring upon anyone due to still having to deal with everyday things such as work, bills and many other factors. If you are prior military you would know that when a process is laid out in front of you and know what to expect, it tends to make thing almost dummy proof, and this is what it felt like when going through this process. Everything needed is requested in a timely manner and you are updated throughout the entire process. I really just wanted to put my experience out there for anyone else who may need it and also I am very thankful with Chad Bowman and his team because they truly did help me get the home I always wanted sooner than expected.   Chad Bowman was phenomenal and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable when usually the home refinance/buying process os usually hectic. Will be back. I recommend all veterans go to Veterans United.

  It was very easy to refinance our home. I wanted to refinance for a while, but was unsure of the length of the process and if it would be worth it in the end. However, with Veterans United everything was quick, and the team did a great job answering all my questions!

  If I could give them -5 star rating I would give that to them. I am a 100% disabled veteran, I used them to get a loan for my 2nd home. The process was okay at first but when I got a loan while closing they collected the tax from the seller and misplaced the check. Then they sold the loan to mr cooper and mr cooper sold the loan to loanview. Now nobody is tracking where is the escrow check is at, when I tried calling them they are not even responding. County is been sending me notices to make the payment. I am fed up now. I will be reporting this issues to the appropriate government regulating agencies. DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY.

  I'd like the recognize all of the team members I worked with at the Austin, TX location for the outstanding service they provided me. Dustin Westwood, Kelly Garcia, Ryan Bray and Chad Bowman all did an absolutely marvelous job over the course of the entire home-buying process. If you do your part, this team will get things done as fast as you allow them to. They communicated information to me on a nearly daily basis in terms of what they needed from me. They typically answered my questions within an hour's time and in most cases, even less. I simply could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, communicative, organized and professional team. They really do set the bar high and execute to that standard. The myVeteransUnited website and tools are top-notch and make the documentation process easy. From application to closing, the entire experience has been nothing short of stellar. Thank you again to my local team and to Veterans United.
