  As a first-time home buyer, I had very little awareness about the home-buying process and what I was getting myself into. Adam and his team brought a level of experience and patience that made the process so much less stressful than it would have been otherwise. Some highlights: - Pre-approval came with a portal my realtor could use to quickly generate approval letters. - They didn't hound me for updates while I took my time looking for the right house. - When I needed to make an offer quickly, Adam made himself available to answer questions and get me an updated approval letter. - They took the initiative to lock me into a great rate and shared information about my loan in a dashboard that was slick and easy to understand. - They answered all my questions in a timely fashion (even the SUPER dumb ones) and never made me feel ignorant or insecure. Overall, the Styer team made the process as seamless as possible, and I'm grateful for it. Thank you to Adam, Stevin, and Amelia!

  I enjoy working with Adam, because he provides great customer service. This is a must, since purchasing a home is one the biggest purchases a consumer will make… If you have a specific question, he’s always on hand to speak with you. Not only is he great at customer service and follow ups, but he’s very knowledgeable on the latest mortgage products and trends. This too, is important, because he’ll find the best fit/solution for your needs.

  I was referred to Adam through a family member that does title work in the Austin area. I live in North Texas, but based on the recommendation of the family member we went with Adam. It was not an easy process. COVID-19 has put a lot of strain on this industry. Just getting the correct documents to the underwriter was a bear. Also, we had sent our taxes to the IRS in September of this year only to find that they still had not even processed them in November. The underwriter was asking for profit and loss statements to verify that my company had not gone belly up, which we don't even do until the year ends. Adam took the time to help us create one based on the taxes filed and the bank records provided to the underwriter. This was above and beyond what he was required to do, and it really stuck out to me. People like this don't grow on trees. The job isn't always easy. Sometimes you have to get your hands dirty to get it done. He was willing to get in the trenches and work. Right now the target is constantly moving because of COVID. Banks are constantly changing the procedures on getting refinances done because they are scared that they are going to get left with a default. You are going to need a person that is willing to work hard and adapt to the situation. We found that Adam and his team were more than willing to do this. It wasn't easy, but at the end of the day he got the job done. Well done Adam! Thanks for all your help. Thank you to Stevin , Amelia, Jessica and Cookie as well. You all were wonderful.

  I purchased my first home with the help of Adam and Amelia; I couldn't have asked for a better lender and experience! From the start, I got "good vibes" from Adam and felt that he had a genuine desire to do what was best for me. I probably asked more questions than any of his other clients have or ever will, but no question was too small and he answered them thoroughly and patiently. I appreciated this immensely! I felt informed, confident and really liked the fact that he wanted me to understand and feel comfortable with every single step. Throughout the entire process, he and Amelia were full of support, kindness, reminders and attention to detail. They worked well with my realtors and were consistently on top of it! The support and thoughtfulness didn't end after the process, my first piece of mail was from the team congratulating me on my new home. As a lover of all things related to "snail mail", stationery and words, I was touched to receive this thoughtful act.
