  Working with Misty Spears and the LoanPeople team has been a pleasure! They are so knowledgeable on the process and make it seem easy. Misty took the time to talk me through my options and helped find the best one for me. And when it came time to move forward with the loan, they jumped into action and made it happen quickly and seamlessly. The team was very responsive – nights and weekends too!   Was a pleasure to work with Jori and her team on our mortgage loan. I'm pretty sure this is not the standard for all mortgage loan advisers but she was almost available always, even texting me after business hours to get this done in time. I don't think I could work with any other mortgage lender!

  Our experience with the Leaman Team was hands down the best experience Ive head in a while. They were knowledgable, kept us informed every step of the way, everything was SMOOTH! We closed on two homes in roughly 4 months. The first lender for the first property total ANXIETY!! When we closed on our second home with the Leaman Team -no anxiety, their staff is very knowledgable, helpful, honest and trustworth! If we buy another property in the future I would call upon the Leaman Team!
