  Vesta is the best settlement company I have ever worked with. As a former Managing Broker for a large local real estate company, managing 3 different offices, and currently a Team Leader for Keller Williams, I've had the opportunity to work with most of the large Title companies in Northern Virginia. Vesta is far and away, the best. I like the fact that their principal, Keith Barrett, is an attorney and will take calls on the weekend.

  As a real estate professional, it's important to have a title company that is efficient, professional, courteous, and accurate. Vesta Settlements is all of that and more. For this contract, the turn around time was quicker than normal and Vesta had no problem completing all the tasks that would normally fit into a 30 day period into a 17 day time frame. I would definitely recommend Vesta to any buyer, seller, or real estate professional because I know they have your back in the title work arena.

  Vesta settlement did a great job on my purchase of a new home. They handled all my queries in a professional manner. I am very satisfied with their expertise in all their settlement process, especially the clarifications on the owner's policy was very helpful. I walked out of the settlement process with my owner's title policy. Keith was very patient and very professional.
