  If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I go to this location nobody can help me and they send me to either another location or ask me to schedule and appointment online. Then when I try to schedule an appointment they never have appointments available. This lady literally spent more time telling me they didn’t have time to see me than the transaction would have taken. The people are snobby too! Then I go to the other Leesburg location and they always have time for you. I don’t mind waiting knowing that at least they do care the fact that I need to see someone today. Worse experience at Bank of America. Worse branch ever!!!!

  Hong Mowry has been the most helpful and enthusiastic banker I’ve ever met. She is very quick, efficient and will do whatever it takes to resolve your issue with excellent customer service and a smile. I highly recommend Hong Mowry for any & all banking needs.

  I have been a Bank of America customer for over 30 years. I have dealt with Multiple branches and in the Northern Virginia area. For the past few years I have been using the Fort Evans Plaza II branch and find my self always in the hands of Miss Hong Mowry, who is the main reason I continue to do my business through this branch along with her colleagues. Always pleasant and accommodating, Miss Mowry never misses a chance to go our of her way to help and to offer the bank services that may and may not need. She is thorough, detail oriented and very knowledgeable and remembers every detail not only about my business but also asks about my daughters and family. She helped my daughter repair her credit in a very efficient manner. Miss Mowry is the consummate professional and delivers the ultimate customer service experience at a financial institution. I would have felt remise if I did not put that in writing.

  Xiao Hong is the main reason I have continued to remain a customer at this branch of BofA. For the past 6 years or so since she’s been here, whenever I visit the banking center she goes out her way to be of assistance. She is a major asset to the bank.
