  Not much of a pawn shop! Brought in very valuable certified coins in for pawn, super easy resale if it came to that, asked for 25% of most recent sales, and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. I blame it solely on the guy having no clue what he was looking at.

  My kids and I love buying our old coins and collectibles from Loudoun Exchange. Steve and Dave are fantastic - so friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The prices beat anything we can get online by far - and we are really happy about supporting a local business vs. the online giants.   Fantastic Staff, very professional, and polite. Exchange and Jewelry employees give you the idea that they care and are really there to help. I've been going here for awhile and everytime I go in, I get some of the best service I could hope for. I'd recommend them to anyone who needed some cash for a few days. I'm a happy customer for sure!

  I enjoying shopping here and find great deals on all sorts of merchandise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't get my wife to leave because she loves the low prices she gets on jewelry. I highly recommend you check them out.

  I left my ring with them in JUNE. It’s now February and I’ve been calling Tim at least twice a week, yet no response.Every time I call they say he’s busy and will call me back. So frustrating bc my initial impression was very positive and thought he was trying to help me sell my ring. VERY disappointing!!

  I just bought a HP dv7-7121nr laptop from here. The gentleman who sold me the laptop told me that the laptop came with Microsoft Office, and it was also written on the laptop that Microsoft office was included in my $260.00 purchase. I got home and tried to open Microsoft Office and saw that I had been lied to. Also, the space bar and the mouse pad are malfunctioning. I read online that the keyboard often malfunctions on this type of model laptop, but I should have been told about that before I bought the laptop. I was led on to believe that there was no issues with the laptop. It's safe to say I feel that I've been lied to. He definitely knew that the laptop had these problems and outright lied to me. I'm going to try to return the laptop before the "2 week warranty" runs out. I just hope that they accept it back.

  Do not go there. They don't take anything, and arent willing to help out. I just got a no sorry on e items I brought in. One was new in box and retails for $300. I was very dissappointed. I went out of my way to come here and it was a huge waste of my time.
