  Never had a problem until I had to call the office for help I am still on hold 45 mins later personally that's ridiculous.... Every time I go in it is not this busy where the phone can't be answered. I just want to pay my bill, since there is no way to retrieve an acct. Number online. 😒 not happy right now.
