  Wow is all I can say!!! These people deserve a bigger bank at a bigger location... because of the volume of people that they serve in one day at one time! I came only to cash a check written from family from out of town and was amazed at the lines full of cars!! They were great!!

  Tellers are usually very friendly and helpful. The wait time is terrible!!! 4 lanes open with 2 very slow tellers. Took almost 15 minutes to get through.

  Amazing customer service! Well beyond my expectations, this is the 3 bank I've been with and they are by far the best they blow regions out of the water. The man who helped me was AJ and he was very knowledgeable about the questions I had he explained everything clearly and with no hesitation. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an new bank.

  Amazing customer service! We saw banker Samuel Woody this weekend and he was phenomenal helping us with our accounts and going over every detail for a new one, nothing but praise for taking the time to go above and beyond. We know where to go In The future and exactly who to see!! :)

  Both Bankers were completely unhelpful and even after they acknowledged an error on their part with an appointment they still refused to help.

  Great customer service and quick! Went here on lunch break to pay a loan which the other branch wouldn't let me pay. I never have a problem here. They do banking right!

  Show up at 3pm on a Tuesday and all doors locked and no signs and website says nothing but normal hours, SO SICK OF THIS happening

  Disappointed in the customer service given over the phone when I call for assistance. They would rather send you to a phone bank instead of local. Bankers rarely available when called or you have to wait awhile when you go in to see them for a scheduled appointment. Will try another branch for future needs.
