  We were pleasantly surprised to find a very nice guy working here that is very down to earth and never once made us feel like he was looking down on us like all the other pawn shops we have been to in Rome.   Great pawn shop. Reasonable prices. Knowledgeable staff. I pawned a tv and the buy back on it was not expensive. So thankful for the great service they provided me.

  Sorriest people on the planet!!!! I was quarantined 2 weeks during the time my loan was due and could not leave my house, not to mention not getting paid because it was prior to April 1. They REFUSED to wave my late fee. There is a special place in hell for people who take advantage of people in my situation. During this time in our country there is no way in hell I would do business with them. Steer clear!!!

  Will never do business with them again. Was in the hospital, so a few days late on my loan, (after timely payments before). They couldn't scrap my jewelry fast enough!!!!

  Ms Carter.. I held your Jewelry 14 Days PAST your Due Date. You Never Called, Didn't Pick up Our Calls Nor Had Someone Notify us of your Time in the Hospital. You Know we work with our customers we have worked with you for months. Please put yourself in our shoes.. If we dont know whats going on and do our best to Call and Hold your Item Past the due Date what Option do we have? We are open 10AM - 6PM Monday - Saturday and can be reached by phone your loan was terminated 44 days after your renewal. I dont see why you couldn't have reached out to us to let us know what was going on so we could help you.

  Brought in an item to pawn because I heard they give top dollar for pawns unfortunately this wasn't true I had previously pawned it at Cash America and they gave me $120 for it but floyd county pawn only wanted to give me $60 and the pawns were only a week apart. I'll be keeping my business with Cash America.

  ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. My boyfriend bought an xbox from this place yesterday evening and we started noticing roaches crawling around in the house and we NEVER have bugs. Mind you pest control comes and sprays our house every month. So ultimately we ended up finding out the bugs are infested in the xbox. You would think they would check their products but it’s obvious that doesn’t happen.

  Looked at a Makita sander two weeks ago priced at 29.99. I was going to buy it at $30 even no tax but the guy said they only take cash. I came in today with cash the same sander was missing the price tag and he tried to charge me $60 for same sander which is new retail cost btw. He then said ok how about $40 he argued the fact it was ever priced at $29.99. Seems very shady to me I won't be back

  Sir that was a newer makita then the last one we had in stock.. We just put it on the shelve that day and was processing tags by end of day.. The sander that was $30 was sold last week.. Thank you for coming buy and sorry we couldnt drop the price low enough for you
