      Absolutely horrible place of business. They put on my boyfriends credit that he never made a payment since purchase date; however the vehicle he got from them through a loan, was put in someone else’s name and completely out of his but yet still someone came back on his credit! They promised to resolve the MISTAKE they made 3/4 months ago & has yet to do so! Never doing business there again. Definitely not recommend.

      While I have been a member of the Coosa Valley Credit Union since I was in high school, I have not lived in Floyd County since graduating high school in 1988. There is a reason that regardless of where the Army sent me or where I have lived since retiring that I remain a member of this Credit Union.

      Opened a saving account,they done a hard request on my credit and when I get home to look at paperwork,it's makes as a checking account.

      They will NOT make THEIR errors correct on loans. Crooked and do not care about their members. If I could give them negative stars I would! Please be careful of loans with this pitiful credit union! The thought of how many elders and all other members they have taken advantage of...sad. No

      If I could make this a negative star, I would do so. I have moved to another state and they have made it impossible to do business with them. I have had this account for almost 20 years. Each time I call, I feel like a criminal instead of a customer. Mailing letter today to close my account. For years, you were the best.

      I have used NWGACU for 20+ years. I’m not one that likes change mostly because of the convenience of the location of the on on Redmond/Bypass. I accepted it because the girls that worked there spoke highly of the change and they had always been very good to work with. The ATM was in a wonderful place. I felt like once it was all done and settled in then things began to change and not like we were told for the better. First the new location is a nightmare to get out of on a Friday afternoon. I thought there were police officers there on Fridays directing traffic. I was told yes but that was stopped because it got too expensive. I’m thinking you just merged and added how many people, it seems like now would be the time to bring them back because money should not be an issue. It seems every ATM that NWGA had was removed and I was told that was not going to happen in fact more were going to be added. I can’t find those on this side of town. Just the one at the CU and the one in Armuchee, if there is another one on the west side of town please let me know. Just like everyone else trying to get someone on the phone is a joke. I will say I haven’t tried in about 3 weeks. That has to be the most aggravating thing to call your bank with something important and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I even put in someone’s ext and left a message for them to please call me. I didn’t tell them that I had been calling for 3 days, just a very polite message asking for a return call. I did this at the branch on Dean Street and Redmond Rd (Circle). This has been about 2 months ago and I’m still waiting on a call back. I will say the biggest thing that has bothered me the most is when I told the teller to please make a note on my account that it would be used out of the country, this is something that NWGA always did so that when the card company noticed it would not put a stop on my card. That is very convenient when you are in another country and they might not can call you. The tell told me that they stopped doing that, I asked why, her answer was we just did. I ask what should I do, her answer was to make sure someone answered the call from the bank when they called or they would freeze it. I ask if there was not another way and again her answer was no, not let me check, let me get a manager, just no. That did upset me really bad. My daddy helped start the GE credit union and trust me I don’t ever remember him ever saying anyone had as many complaints as I have heard just since the merger. My mother, my sister both have accounts there and have had them since it opened. I hope this part I heard is not true, that after posting this review I could count on not outright retaliation but subtle retaliation. I pray this is just a rumor. My daddy always taught me if something you feel is wrong or in my opinion is wrong, don’t fuss and complain to someone that can’t fix anything. You need to let the company know. Then if they still can’t meet your needs, not all the way but they show they are trying you have to give them a chance. If they blow you off then it’s time to find another place to do business and can meet your needs to the best of their ability. I know I’m not your only customer but when I’m trying to reach you or I’m talking to you about what I think is a serious matter, my money, then I feel like at that moment I should be treated like your only customer! I believe you would expect that same respect. Thank you for this format to be able to let you hear my voice. Pam I’m sorry but due to some personal health issues I can’t come into the bank to discuss or I would have already been in.

      Very friendly staff. Tellers and loan officers are great. The only complaint I have is no matter how many times you call you can never get anyone to answer the phone.

      I was mostly pleased with the service I recivied here. I went in to get a loan and specifically asked not to speak to a certain person, however I was put with that person anyway. Had that not happens I would have a more positive review.
