  Been having trouble finding insurance due to my driving record but Velox In NORCROSS made it happen.   My experience in store was great, and they really took care of me after a HUGE mistake on the company's end! As for the company in general, if I could rate "no stars", I definitely would!!! I've had my policy for almost a month now and on today I called to give them information regarding the lien-holder on one of my vehicles, as well as update my address because I have moved. I found out that on 9/17/17, my policy was canceled due to lack of requested documents. What documents, you ask? Documents that were copied the day I went in store to do my policy and have the company's mistake corrected....my license and proof of purchase of my car. Now they're claiming to not having received those documents and canceled my policy without any form of notification. Despite me having moved, I still check my old mailbox because I know it takes a while for forwarded mail to actually go through its process, and mail can still be sent to an old address (been there, done that). Now, I have to have my policy reinstated and fork over unnecessary funds to do so.....all over yet ANOTHER MISTAKE ON THE COMPANY'S BEHALF!!!!!

  Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. We looked at your policy and you purchased it online. During the purchasing process it seems you entered your driver's license number incorrecly and the same vehicle was entered twice. The insurance company you purchased your policy with requested a copy of your driver's license and registration for all vehicles but it was never received. They mailed these requests to the address you provided when you purchased your policy. I hope this help to explain what happened. I am sorry your policy cancelled but I am glad you were taking care of when you when to our store.

  Every time I call it takes a while for someone to pick up, regardless of the time I call. I called Yesterday and spoke with Julio, after every question I asked him he would put me on hold. After asking him several questions and being placed on hold everytime all he could tell me is that someone else would give me a call to answer my questions. After hanging up with him no one ever called me and still today no one has called me today. So unprofessional! They need to train their employees better!
