      I absolutely enjoyed my experience at PEFCU. The Customer Service was very much appreciated. Anything I needed, they were there to help. I recently financed a vehicle through them & they were able make it happen. They’re there to help/assist you with anything that you may need.

      I came across a car that I really like. I already have a car loan with PEFCU, so I told the dealership I did not need their financing that I would go back to PEFCU. My first experience was great. But my 2nd experience with Elizabeth Frost was amazing! She made the process, easy and was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. She was helpful and gave me some good advise (credit card interest) towards the end. Now I am getting the car I fell in love with, the 2019 Toyota Camry XSE, V6 sedan. Thanks Ms. Elizabeth for an amazing job in helping me get a good car loan at a great interest rate. Happy driving to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      To anyone looking to open an account with them please don't. Save yourself the hassle of bad attitudes, poor customer service, and long delays. The negative reviews are all correct. You call to get information as a customer they are upset that you called no matter how friendly you are. If you need a loan they will delay the process for as long as possible and then ask for various other items with no reasoning behind it. I've been with them about 6 years and nothing has changed. I will be closing this account as soon as my vehicle is paid off.

      This branch needs to be reported and evaluated by the Publix Federal Corporate Office. The customer service is the opposite of what the Brand of Publix represents. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. There has never been a time where I came in to this branch and it ran smoothly. This particular time, they were short staffed as usual, and the membership coordinator decides to take a break while the line is basically out the door. She never greeted anyone or let us know that she will be right with us, she just got up and left. After a little over 15 minutes of waiting without any knowledge of what's happening, I asked the loan agent for assistance and the whereabouts of the membership coordinator. She proceeds to catch an attitude telling me I will be seen when she gets back from her break and she doesn't know when her break is over. I am a former employee of Publix and I have never encountered this kind of horrible service within the scope of Publix Core Values which is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really hope that they will improve.

      Calling to do business on my account no one is answering. Its 9:30 am!!!! The mabelton branch was excellent and customer service was better. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. It's bad enough that it is so far out. Please keep in mind that customers are the reason you have a job. If you don't want to help people customers find a new job where you work alone. This should be Kroger credit union because if it was in anyway a publix oriented it would be outstanding in customer service.

      I have been an account holder since 2011. Only problem I have is their Member Service. The Member Service department will never call you back and/or pick up the phone. I literally had my phone call transferred from the teller department to member service department because they never pick up the phone and the member service department hung the phone up on me.... They really put a shame on the Publix culture at least the Norcross, GA Branch does.

      I love love love PEFCU!!! But I completely agree with the other reviewers. I’ve been using this branch for the past 15 years but have definitely noticed a drop off in customer service over the past 2 years. It seems it’s a complete bother for anyone to help you. C’mon Publix, hear what your customers are saying and make a change. We are loyal and want to stay that way but credit unions are everywhere now and we have more options. Show us you want to keep us!!

      Rude to the max. The staff at this location leave a LOT to be desired in the manners department. I mean I know its Georgia and all but good god this location is a joke when it comes to treating members like they're somebody. They don't greet you when you walk through the doors and they look down at you as if you're being another for even speaking to them. Don't think I didn't let them know about their shi**y attitudes. Lakeland needs to seriously clean house at this location. What a sick joke!!!!!!!!! HELLO PUBLIX DO YOU EVEN READ OR CARE ABOUT THIS PROBLEMATIC LOCATION? I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE TO COMPLAINT ABOUT NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DOES IT ONLY MATTER TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT MAKE YOU MONEY?
