  Leslie Harris was extremely unhelpful. To start this girl sound like she hates he life being clocked in lol, second she’s stated multiple times that I have to come into a branch for them to look at my online banking account. After stating the branch can’t do anything or cannot tell me how locate over $1,000 deposit in my account. Please choose another branch as she made my experience worse.

  Mrs Maria is everything one could ask for. Absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond every time. I don’t know what i would do with out her!!! Regions you’ve got a real GEM with her!!! Thanks so much

  The only one in line at the drive thru! This is great. But why is it still taking 20 minutes for one transaction? Why is the teller leaving my money in the receiving drawer and not closing it back after 15 min? Why is the teller doing other work in the office instead of servicing an active customer? This place is the worst. Hire more staff!

  Update: 5 months later and this is still the slowest regions I'm the universe. When will regions do something about this branch? Honestly the worst regions bank in georgia maybe the USA. I give my picture ID issued from georgia and debit card with matching name. The teller still asks me numerous questions to verify who I am. Drive through line is horrible. Only one teller open ever. Julie was the teller.

  I'm a little surprised by the low ratings. I've never had a bad experience at this branch. Most of them know me by face or by name, and they are always courteous and professional. Whether the wait is long or short, I always get great service. I actually choose to drive to this branch, versus paying my rent online.. because they are such nice tellers.

  You need to carry staff at all time to meet your customers needs. We are hard working Americans that need to cash their check an we all dont drive vehicles that will fit in you drive thru. Guess I'll change banks since I'm not a valued customer.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absent manager and incompetent employees that pretend they are helping you, while in the background treating you like dirt. I have never experienced such frustration from working with Daniel and Cindy. I'm not sure if it's because I am black they feel like my concerns are not valid as anyone else's, but I would recommend Wells Fargo!

  Daniel is a very nice and patient staff in this branch. The manager Julie also help a lot. The rest of the staff are nice. Strongly recommend this bank and this branch ^^

  Banking in this branch since 20 years. Great service always. Cindy, Julie, Maria and rest of the staff always go out of the way to help me and others. This staff is an asset to this bank. Please keep it up.
