  The tellers are GREAT! Customer Service needs work especially when you have to see a representative. They'll see you but this was the second time I was told to leave my problem and they'll contact me. Both times, nothing was done. Customer Service over the phone is SUPERB!

  Unregulated, biased treatment. This location regularly perpetuates economic racism. They found reasons not to deposit my husbands PAYROLL CHECKS, to deny transfers, and to delay transactions, without written documentation of what policy they were following. No other Georgias Own branch has objected to us performing regular financial transactions. But this branch INSISTS their unprofessional behavior is standard. Edit: for clarification that he wanted to put His money in His account.

  Unfortunately you may not receive an overdraft fee waiver more than once per year and even worse if you look remotely foreign, your immigration status will be interrogated if you're trying to get a loan from these folks.

  I've been with this bank for 28 years, from back when they were Georgia Telco. No problems with checking, but DO NOT get their Visa card. Overzealous fraud detection has cost me hours on the phone, with endless transfers between Visa and member services. Good luck getting through to the right department on the first try! The menu system is a maze. Looking for a replacement card ASAP, maybe a new bank as well.

  Came in to open account and The welcome I received was very unpleasant, There’s a lady sitting in the last office with locks in her hair. She is very unprofessional, rude. She really needs to work on her customer service and people skills. 😱 customers service should not be so bad!!! I have been waiting on the phone for an 1 hours plus!!!!! 😳 oh yes because of COVID-19 they are no longer to give effective service in a timely manner...

  Love this branch. They are always quick and easy. Very helpful and friendly staff. I went in Friday to open my kid an account and I had a wonderful experience with Kayla. She was very helpful and polite.

  I wanted to give a special and big thank you to Chassidy & Juanita! I was in a frenzy trying to get money wired to close on my home (8/24/19) and they were outstandingly patient and understanding with my sense of urgency/frustration. They both worked diligently in correcting errors along the way with their problem solving skills, kept me informed, and followed up to ensure everything was processed accordingly.   Absolutely LOVE Georgia's Own, especially its Norcross branch. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional. Some of them have been there so long they've watched me go through the pregnancy, birth, and now toddler phase of my 2 year old. They're kinda like a second family. We recommend them to everyone we know, because once you go with a credit union, you can't go back to big banking. Another thing I love, that most people don't know is they have business accounts in addition to personal. So, we get double the service, without double the fees.

  This Branch is absolutely the Best! Kayla was assisting me in signing up to become a new member and she was Nothing short of Amazing. She made the process smooth and easy. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about everything the credit union has to offer! Even got my vehicle refinanced. I'm estactic!!! Five Stars for this Branch! And 10 Stars for Kayla!!

  Normally I would have nothing but positive feedback for this Credit Union. I have been a member with the Credit Union for Over 20 Years and I am just 1 of the 3 generations who bank with them. The branch is a very warm and friendly environment but they have recently hired new tellers who are not so Friendly. A young lady by the name of KEY (maybe short for her real name) has very "Ghetto" attitude about herself. I never had this experience before. I only bank with the credit union because I love the hospitality of a community bank verses larger banks and this is why most people love Credit Unions. They NEED TO REMEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND PEOPLE BANKING WITH CRDEIT UINON. if I wanted bad customer service I would bank with a larger bank where I'm considered a number not a member.
