Brittney Lane1Terrible customer service. My mom went to try to cash a check from my grandpa that was written in her name since he had an account with them for years. The girls just looked at us and said we couldn't cash it unless we opened an account and that the bank didn't have that much money anyway. We went to another location in lakewood and they were willing to help us no problem and told us we didn't need an account. The front girls were rude, and lazy and were not welcoming. I would never do business at this location.

Jordan Wein1After explaining my situation and concerns to a loan “specialist” VP, they do exactly what they said they would not do! Basically the person I dealt with gave me all the confidence in the world that they could help and then told me she had “no so good news” when my loan got cut way back because of her ignorance and/or stupidity. Wasted a couple weeks of my time and dropped my credit score 17 points, they absolutely lost all my trust and really let me down. I am still in shock a couple weeks later, terrible customer service from Amy Roe👎👎👎

Mark Jusino1Asked for help with a large cashiers check. Clerk was rude and told me it couldn’t be cashed. Called 2 more locations and got it cashed. Excellent job

Jessie Salazar1Loaded up at Costco. Tried to pay with my debit card and was rejected. Cashier not happy along the long line of customers behind me. In summary, I knew there was $ in my acct. Called bank and they indicated a "glitch in the system". When you call you're put on hold upwards of 45 minutes. Vectra Bank misplaced direct deposits. Awful...wish I could give them no stars.

CMDAT Research Foundation5Our experience with this branch and Vectra Bank overall was quite positive. In particular, we would like to thank Mike Campbell, the manager, for his professionalism. Mike is always very helpful and courteous. Many staff members of this branch are nice and welcoming as well. The office went through a renovation and does look very nice. If a non-profit opens account with Vectra, it may get free checks (we did), something other banks do not offer. There are other perks to open a non-profit account with Vectra and we strongly recommend it to all local non-profits as well.

Maricruz Valiente5I just want to recognize Natanael Navarro He went above any beyond in helping me set up my online banking and helping me get into the PPP loan portal he took the time to do it step by step he was extremely nice and professional he is a gem!! there is not enough hard working people like him. who ever is the manager of this branch should definitely give this young man a raise and a higher position in the company he would be the one to turn over all these bad reviews you have. -Mari Valiente

Breyanna Williams1I wish I could give this location 0 stars. After 2 years of banking with them I went o deposit a check of 270. Asked for 100 so u could buy a bday gift. They said sure. Then no because of my overdraft history. Keep in mind as soon as it’s od I put money back into my account. Some customer service.

Leif Wulforst1Worst Banking experience ever Overdraft because they lost a deposit still ongoing issue . I talked with the manager and she said she was going to call me back and still have not heard back from her while fee's continue to pile up. Horrible customer service!!!

Kaye Moss5My experience at this Vectra Bank on Colorado Blvd. and Mexico has been quite positive. The have several new bankers there now, and have really made an effort to help me out with investments, credit information and teller services.

Jessica F1I do not recommend this bank. We have several accounts with them and are closing them all because of lack of service. It takes them half an hour to do a business deposit while you are waiting in the drive thru. Customer service doesn't care whether you stay or you leave. I don't recommend wasting your time or your money. Please take your business elsewhere.
