  Of the dozen or more mortgages and refinances that we have done over the past 45 years, our experience with Don Scott and his team of experts at Fairway Mortgage was absolutely the very best. Don beat the local competition in giving us the best possible rate, made the application process easy and continued to communicate with us throughout the process. This is all well and good as long as things are normal, but the true test is how Don handles problems when they arise. We had a last minute hiccup occur on the morning of our closing (not Don’s fault) and Don and his team sprang into action at 7 AM to resolve the issue and insure that we were satisfied. I high recommend Don Scott and Fairway Mortgage without any reservation. They are the BEST we have ever worked with!

  My heart was uplifted by the wonderful care that Don Scott, Laura Ervin, and the whole Fairway team has given me - just my name on the mortgage! Still not a final divorce after more than 30 months and no end in site for the Covid added responsibilities in my nursing career but So many unexpected perks - monthly newsletter, "homebot", explaining to a non -accounting , non-techy person how the refinance was set up and how I could do it on the web with just my smartphone and title company notary coming right to my home after I got off work- thank you! It was so great/their expertise made it easy! And at the very end, a celebratory gift delivered to my door! I was blessed to have this team! Nothing else has gone according to plan in the last 3 years except this refinance loan - Thanks again!!

  Don and his team are top notch. Communication flowed throughout his team with ease. I didn't feel like one person could handle only one part of the process. Everyone chipped in got our deal done fast, working with an out of state title company as well.
