  My parents never purchased a home and I am the first of my siblings to do so. I went in with generational insecurities about the whole process but Don and his team helped me put those to rest. If you want someone who is willing to educate, listen to your concerns and give sound advice without ever pushing you to make a decision that you are not ready to make, then you should come to have a conversation with Don. It doesn’t hurt that he helped me hit the bottom of the market on my interst rate too! Thank you Don, we really appreciate you.

  My experience with Fairway's performance was awesome!! After explaining my goals to my loan officer Andy Watson, it seemed as if he took everything in stride to make it all happen. He worked very hard at helping me get my credit score on track, approved, and ready to close. In addition, I want to give kudos to Andy's Team of Champions (Stephanie, Alejandro, Piera, Dan, and Medina). They all did an fabulous job throughout this diligent process.   We came to Fairway from the recommendation from our realtor and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Our loan officer was Chris Davis and he was so helpful through this process. We were purchasing a vacation home in Colorado and had many questions and he was there to answer them 24-7. He made the whole process very easy and I couldn't believe he got our loan to close in 30 days. He was also very accommodating with closing as we were in another state for closing. I would highly recommend Chris at Fairway and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.
