  Trisha was a delight to work with, obviously loves what she does, and is very good at it. She was available at all hours and was eager to explain whatever financial nuance I did not understand. She made me feel as if I had her undistracted attention every step of the way. She made buying our first (and hopefully forever) home easy... and dare I say, fun. 11/10, would work with her again and again

  Trisha was fantastic in helping my partner and I go through the first-time-home-buying process, especially in an insane market this year! She was very knowledgeable and extremely fast and smart! She was always responsive (like right away) and advocated on our behalf to help us seal the deal! She crunched numbers several times for us to save us money and find the right lender. We really appreciated getting to work with her and are so grateful to own our first home!

  Trisha was amazing. She helped with every question we had (no matter how small or dumb :) ) She really knows the process and was genuinely more concerned with our needs than anyone else. She knows mortgages in and out and was able to show us how different scenarios changed our payments. I talked to several different lenders before working with her and I felt like a person rather than a file or a commission with her!

  I cannot say enough good words about Trisha! Our home buying experience was seamless and easy. We set a very tight closing schedule of 3 weeks as we were moving from Florida to Colorado. Trisha guided us every step of the way. She was very responsive with answering all of our questions and made sure we understood each step of the process. She even went above and beyond by sending us a thank you gift when we closed! We appreciated her so much during our home buying process and can't imagine buying our home without her!   Trisha was fantastic to work with during the house buying process. It is a stressful time when you are buying and selling a home. She fielded all our questions and concerns very quickly and in a way that was easy for us to understand. She was very accommodating to our schedule and was able to discuss after “normal business hours”. We could really tell she cared about us and our family and wasn’t just looking to close a deal. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely work with her again!

  Loved working with Trisha. She helped us refi an investment condo with difficult HOA terms. She was on top of the rules and made sure we qualified for the refi per lender and HOA stipulations. True professional and we’re longing forward to working with her again!

  Trisha is the best! She works very hard and always keeps in contact through out the entire process. Trisha and Aslan Lending was able to get us several home loan options when we thought we had none. We were on a tight time crunch as well and Trisha was able to move things through very quickly and efficiently. She has a great team and Mandy was a lot of help. Trisha would be a great option for anyone looking for a home loan, but especially if you are a small business owner.
