  The process was incredibly difficult no one ever seemed to care about getting back to me and I had to constantly check back to get them to do anything it took so long (over a month) that they even took out a second hard inquiries taking a total of -25 points against my credit. I had to call daily to make sure hey were doing anything to help; our interactions were constantly-hey that information was sent yesterday how long before they get back-should be done in a couple hours your lender will reach out-no response-call back the next day oh it looks like we never submitted that well do that now-and same thing again for literally over a month it was incredibly defeating. The loans are predatory but they are up front about this and cost/apr is based on your credit and if the loan is secure or not. I was approved and because of all the hard inquiries I was left not able to look at other options from other lenders so I did take a loan with them. All in all one main seems to be a last option stop with lenders that don’t care about you I would not recommend them to anyone unless as a last ditch option

  First of all, every third party company they work with for recruitment needs to stop suggesting them as a NO CREDIT CHECK company. They check your credit with every application. They also fail to tell you that every time you ask for a different amount or even have the slightest change on your application from income to spelling of your name they have to start all over resulting in ANOTHER CREDIT CHECK. When you share with them that you need the funds for an emergency, as in today, they take their time with call backs. That’s a big IF they call you back at all. I have yet to complete an application because of the run around they’re giving me. They might as well request for the blood of my unborn child at this point. Absolutely no help at all.

  The location on Broadway is a great place and the service was fast and friendly. The loan that I received seem to be a good loan. Since I have taken out the loan I am somewhat pleased with OneMain. I had to make a late payment and I told them the day I was making it and I kept getting phone calls till I finally paid it like I promised. Great place to take out a loan but if you have to push a payment to a later date expect several phone call before and especially on the day of. They gave me a loan since I had good credit and credit history and I don’t think it’s okay to keep harassing your customers like that.

  Worst Financial experience of my life. After the first 11 payments, I still owe more than I borrowed. All the payments have been made. I paid for unemployment insurance and was laid off before my first payment was due. I have never seen a penny from them. One main sells it to you and then will not back up the products they sell. Steer Clear!!

  I wish that i would've read these reviews before applying for a loan here. This is a predatory lender and thankfully i didn't go through with tha loan. Unfortunately, i now have an inquiry on my credit report that hurts my score that I've been working hard to improve. I got lured into applying through Experian's website. AVOID!!!

  Do not get a loan from this company. It might as well be considered a Loan Shark Company! I have been paying off on this loan forever! Read the fine print! Read all reviews! Do not do business with this company! Unless you want to be indebted to OneMain for a very long period! Be smart and stay away! Customer service is bad! Misleading at Best! Trust me! I wish I could give it negative 100 stars!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

  Insanely friendly staff here. I'm just waiting for my roommate in the lobby area and several staff have offered snacks and refreshments even as they were leaving. Dunno much about their services, but this office seems full of kind people.

  So I've been working with One Main for a few years now and the first woman whom I initially opened my loan with was wonderful. Just recently I redid my loan and the woman who assisted me was either a racist or just rude as hell. She acted like she was better than me and when I asked about one of the insurance policies they had she shut me down and implied I couldn't afford it. The entire time I wanted to walk out and I probably should have. When I walked in a few of the other associates snickered at me. This place was very unprofessional and it never used to be that way. Very disappointed. Once I've completed my business them I won't be using their services again.
