  I used to love this place, now they have all new workers and they are terrible. They don't work with you at all,don't look stuff up that they aren't knowledgeable about. I've spent a ton of money here the past 2 years but I won't anymore!

  This is the worst value pawn I've ever dealt with. The management doesn't have a clue what they are doing, and are rude. The store states it closes at 5pm, yet they lock the doors prior to that and wont let you make a payment. A pile of people are still wandering the store and i called from outside to try to make the payment and they still wouldnt allow me to do so. They still pulled up all the info to make said payment only to say no you have to come back tomorrow and pay extra since its carrying over to the next day. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never come back to this location. If I could have i would have given 0 stars.

  Brittany and Junior provide excellent customer service and work really hard! It’s a great atmosphere with them around. Definitely coming back!
