  I have to thank Deby for her time and great customer service towards us. We walked in with no prior appointment for a Mortgage Loan and was assisted in less then 10min by this wonderful person.   Nikia was very inept at her position, very courteous, and efficient. She took the time to explain my options, and showed genuine concern for my situation. I would recommend her to any of friends and family when she visits this branch.

  Paperwork Paperwork Paperwork,. Needed to get a notary. For notarized papers. Went to Launch Credit Union. I was waited on very quickly by Teresa. She was a pleasure to work with,. She went out of her way to complete all paper work properly, she does follow Launch's slogan GO BEYOND,. Yes Teresa lived up to that slogan Thank you for makings my vist pleasant.

  Launch has been the best credit union/bank that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, operating a checking and savings account through, and having a personal, and vehicle loan with. Their interest rates are the best, and their customer service is always 5 star!!! If you haven't been to Launch Federal Credit Union I highly recommend the Titusville, Fl, and Port St. John branches in Brevard county! Btw, Your teller Liese in P.S.J. is the best in customer service that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and I hope you are already aware that she deserves a raise! With tellers like her, and account specialists like Teresa in Titusville you'll surely be in business for many more years to come!!

  Ms Nikia is the best credit union representative we ever had. Very patient with members who are non savy with computers. She has helped me with several things throughout my time with the credit union.

  This has become quite a worthless institution. Twice I've signed documents to keep them from touching my savings yet, again on a Friday, they have wiped my account completely. Oh, they left $5! The weekend seems to be their jam! No one to call after hours. You just kind of stew. There was a time when I felt proud to say Kenedy Space Coast Credit union was my financial provider. Now, from the name change, and the company hands change has surely tarnished this place. After over 11 plus years it's time to let old dogs lye.

  What makes Launch great is the people they hire. Dawn has helped me with various financial needs, taking her time to explain my options and give me sound advice. I would not be banking with Launch if I had not met her!

  Got an auto loan with LFCU. Experience was straight forward, with no added fees and a great interest rate. Simple process that let me finish signing documents from home. Dawn was a joy to work with.
