      Absolutely the worst bank out there! Worst experience of my life dealing with a bank for a simple matter… was told they could not accommodate my request… went down the road to another bank that was more than willing to assist me… when I told them about my experience… they said exactly what I was thinking “that’s not right, every interaction is a chance to earn your business in the future. You are probably happy with your current bank and you will remember the actions of other banks good or bad in the event you need to change”

      Wish I could give this bank 0 stars I’ve had numerous issues and everything can be resolved in 5-10 business days, this bank will be losing me to Chase or Bank of America due to the unintelligible conversations and inconveniences, DONT WORRY IF THEYRE HIRING YOU DONT NEED TO BE EDUCATED, INTELLIGENT OR INFORMED!!!! A JOB FOR THOSE WITHOUT A DIPLOMA REQUIRED TRULY!!!

      I LOVE Wells Fargo it’s by far the best bank I’ve ever used. Literally ever. I have no complaints the services are amazing and I love how convenient the app is for me & my daily needs. I would suggest this to anyone actually just got my fiancé to start using Wells Fargo and he loves it too! ❤️

      I have NEVER had an issue with this branch location. They’re always so attentive and friendly. The gentlemen in the middle is very knowledgeable, sorry I forgot your name I think it’s Oscar? He is fast and efficient. Reba is a sweetheart and so is JodyLyn? Sorry if I misspelled some names. You guys are the best!

      I called prior coming to the bank bcs i needed a couple of money orders. I'm informed that my fees are waived. Guess what? After 20 mins wait on the drive thru, i get informed that is $5 each. Nice scamming Wells Fargo, i hope you enjoy my lunch money and whoever answered the phone, pls retrain dude. Waste of time and money, both for Wells of course.

      Last week I went to Wells Fargo Bank on Cheney hwy. in Titusville with the attempt to open a business account. After a long wait the banker checked all my paperwork and said that so far we are ready to go however the banker there also told me that the actual business Banker is not working that day and I should come next week. I took his advice and came today with another attempt to open a business account. Again after a long wait, (the sign-in sheet was totally overloaded and people walked unserved away) now another Banker said that the business banking lady is busy and has no time for opening the business account which rendered me frustrating. Noticed that, he said that he will open the business account but he has to consult the business Banker to do so. Finding out that he was just looking for excuses not to create this account makes me thinking that I am probably at the wrong Bank. Previously I was successfully business banking over 8 years with Wells Fargo Bank and I am deeply concerned how bad their customer service became. It leaves me the impression that they don't need business banking anymore.

      excellent service very friendly Mr. Isai Turcios, they have an excellent employee in this location, totally different from the other location in Titusville.
