  I could not believe how rude the guy in the ponytail was. Unbelievable, so unprofessional, plain ignorant the way he was talking/ near yelling at me. I wish I could give no stars because that jerk deserves it. If a customer doesn't understand the pricing on your stickers you explain it to them. Not talk to them like they are a freaking idiot. It literally made me sick the way he talked to me. I straight up had to walk away, I didn't even want to look at the items anymore. I don't know the employees name but he had a beer belly and greasy slicked back long dark hair in a ponytail (BARF). Value pawn should really have some higher standards.

  Took my gun from my son and I reiterate "MY GUN" and refused to return it because he had a up coming court date. this store should be held accountable for pawing a gun that was not owned by the one pawning it!

  Been shopping with value pawn for 20 years... Never had an issue till cash America pawn bought them out.. I bought a battery charger from them and even bought the extra warranty Plan..then i took it home, hooked it up, tried multiple batteries and for sure, it doesn't work.. charged same batteries at AutoZone the next day. The third day I had off work so I took it back to value pawn and they don't have another one to sell me and they won't give me my money back. The a$$hat of a manager told me I could only get store credit.. I said I need a battery charger not store credit so get me one or give me my money back.. he said I would have to take the store credit and go to other stores and see if they have one.. I'm not driving 20 miles in my V8 truck to the next store in hopes they have one.. it's not my fault yo u sell broken products then steak the customers money when it doesn't work. I called my lawyer he said even if it is company policy by chance which it's probably not. It is 100% illegal and we will be pursuing it. So.. in the end, I may spend more in lawyer fees then on the actual charger.. but I will be sure they don't do this to anyone else. And hopefully the judge will them pay all lawyer fees as well.. Wish me luck and stay away from this horrible company along with cash America pawn. -Sincerely a long time and now long gone customer. 1998-2018
