Not only did they treat us like family, but they were an example of how mortgage companies should treat individuals looking to get a home mortgage. We ran into some problems on the seller’s end and Kevin’s team was phenomenal in helping us resolve the issues that arose. Kevin always got in contact with us in a timely manner, with any question we had. Lisa Steckler was amazing to have on our side, and helped us every step of the way. She was our guardian angel throughout the whole process, and she was a force to be reckoned with when we needed help. She was very knowledgeable and truthful about all aspects of our home buying process. We are beyond thankful for her, and all she did for us. She deserves a raise and a promotion beyond a doubt. Tainia was very helpful in finding us homeowners insurance quotes that were within our budget in a timely manner. We felt like everyone was on our side every step of the way.   My experience with Kevin and his entire Fairway team was absolutely fantastic. Kevin and all his team members specifically himself, Lisa, and Gretchen were very professional, always responded promptly, very informative and knowledgeable, and made the process very simple and easy. Kevin was able to get me the best interest rate among other major banks and credit unions and always had my best interest on his mind.   Kyle Baker was responsive and did his best to ensure I was taking care of. My closing transaction was more complex and difficult than most home closings due to the type of property and restrictions on it. Kyle stood by me through the whole process and he was even willing to help me use another lender if that was the best thing for me and my situation. He worked hard to make my deal happen the way I wanted with Fairway Independent Mortgage. It was a difficult and stressful journey at times, but in the end it worked out. Kyle made it happen and treated me like a person, and not just another deal. Highly recommend!

  Kevin helped us enthusiastically from the start to the very end. The best part was that we were able to text him directly with any questions and he responded back right away. And of course we liked small and nice videos. Kevin guided us during the whole process and his level of customer service was excellent.
