  Markelll has a child like attitude. He needs to wake up and grow up and realize he's working in a customer service establishment. He needs to take his emotions off his sleeve. He need to be retrained. Without customers this store would not exist. I hope the owner reads this.

  I have gone here at least 5 times in the past couple weeks. Everytime I come in i find something new and Shane was a big help when I needed a game system. He gave me a great deal on a xbox one and a set of golf clubs. My new favorite pawn shop.

  Employee s were very efficient and very good at handling multiple customers at one time. I wish I could have gotten a little more for my stuff though, lol

  Super friendly and knowledgeable. Fast service. I will always chose value pawn in the future .Shane was amazing he knew so much and helped me with everything. He explained it all to the point i completely understood .

  NO STARS FOR U...was a loyal customer for over 10 YEARS..& somebody that works there wanted my music equipment .When I tried to make my monthly payment they said oops we just sold it..sorry..SERIOUSLY!!!????? I will never go back..the service SUCKS!!! except u Tyler..u were cool..Basically if u pawn your music stuff there..just kiss it goodbye, because if its worth money..someone there will steal it from u & lie to your face..This store sucks, the service sucks..Everything about this place makes me want to barf..is that a good enough pic for u..DO NOT PAWN YOUR MUSIC STUFF HERE...GO TO PATRIOT
