Emma1My bf opened an account at the 4th Street branch and was told he was approved for a credit card and would be recieving one in the mail, then we got a noticethat he was not approved. (He only dealt with that branch once everything else was this Clearwater branch) Then we were told they “couldn’t find” the deposit he made for the card. When he tried closing his account they said they couldn’t give him the money from his account because there weren’t enough bankers??? And they were having a company-wide issue... Searching for a good bank amongst almost every one having horrible reviews has been challenging, but he recently opened an account at Grow Financial and has received expert care and help building his credit. I definitely recommend them over Regions, not even comparable whatsoever.
