  Justin Kelly and his team have processed two mortgages for me and one for my daughter . Everything went extremely smoothly and the loans went through quickly and in a timely manner . I would recommend them without hesitation as buying a home is a stressful time and they make it very easy .

  Everyone knows that applying for a mortgage can be a painful process. Our process at VanDyk was anything, but painful.   David Kelly and April Rainey are the best people I’ve ever met, And they really know their stuff. They are the best part of VanDyk mortgage. They made it as easy as possible for me to buy my second home with them and that’s why I’ll never use anyone else besides them. Even when I want to give up April Rainey made sure that I did not. Buying and selling Simultaneously with something I would never want to do again without them. Thank you guys so much.

  Friendly people, low closing costs- however. Make sure you check with them to see if your interest rate is actually the interest rate they promised you. I was told I’d get one rate, but on the close date, I found out they were actually giving me a rate that was 0.10% higher and I was paying $1200 to get it down to the rate they promised me. When we contacted Justin, he says it’s what everyone does. It’s ultimately my fault for not catching it on the closing disclosure doc, I’ll admit. However keep this in mind when they promise you an interest rate that seems very low.
