  This was the smoothest closing I have ever experienced. Everyone in the home buying process should have the luxury of working with Cindy Tolster! Working with Cindy is like working with family. She knows exactly what needs to be done and cares about her clients. If you don't choose to work with Cindy, you are making a mistake. She is hands down the best in the business!

  1. Meghan Kopka did amazing work on my home refinance. Everything went through like she said it would. No problems what so ever. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Was nice having her to guide me. 2. Meghan Kopka was once again amazing!!! She was very good at keeping in me up to date on the progress of the refinance and was able to get me everything that I asked for. Meghan is definitely an amazing loan officer. This was my second time refinancing with her. Both times have been nothing short of excellent! If you want your loan/refi done quick and efficient Meghan is definitely the go to person. Veterans United is absolutely lucky to have her as an employee. 10/10 🌟 PERFECTION!!!

  I just closed on my home with veterans United and what a wonderful experience. From start to finish the staff were on top of every little thing that was connected to my loan.i even was given my loan teams cell phones so I could call them with any questions I had. I even got a gift from them through the mail congratulating me on my new home. I once used usaa for a home loan but for no reason they denied me so thank god for United veterans. Usaa will for sure lose Business to United.so if anyone wants a great loan team with pure dedication call United I promise You won’t be sorry.

  I have to say that I regret working with this company. I am self employed and had what was stupid issues that were already fixed. (Lenders slam you quickly and are slow as a tortoise to give positive feedback) . I had a lot of experience in this area and surprised they could not get me a silly preapproval in two weeks. I went to another company and I was good to go since they were could see that that we had NO debt and one issue that i was fighting over. Our Debt to income was 3% but self employed they ran:)

  Josh Kaplan and his team were awesome from the time we started considering a new home purchase all the way through the closing. Every step of the way Josh and his team were constantly updating us and keeping us advised of every step of the process. They were always available to answer every question along the way. They gave us the best rate we could find anywhere and made the entire process as stressless as possible. Have I recommend Josh and his team that's a yes and will continue to highly recommend Josh and his team at Veteran United to anyone looking for a great lender with outstanding service.   We had a somewhat tricky situation with my husband still being active duty but medically retiring next month. We originally tried to go with another lender, but they couldn't figure out how to make it work with our situation. Veterans United immediately assured us it could be done and worked really hard to make it happen for us. I could not be happier with my experience with VU.

  How can I start? Meghan has been absolutely wonderful! She is such an Angel, her work ethics, attitude, professionalism in working with me was outstanding! She is the best at what she does! Even though there were some bumps on the road from the builder's part, Meghan knew what to do and took care of every little issue as it was hers in a timely manner. She really cares for Veterans and it really shows. I highly commend her as she did an amazing job in working with me on the road of finally becoming a homeowner. Meeting her at the closing was such an honor since we only did all of our transactions over the phone. When I first saw her, I just gave her a hug and told her that I would forever be grateful for all of her help. You are special Meghan, I just wanted you and the whole world to know! Thank you for everything!

  We did consider two other reputable Veteran Home Loan companies provided by the builder; however, neither could compare with Veterans United nor positively assist us with our loan requests. It was a great experience with a very knowledgeable loan officer assisting us throughout the process.

  As always kelly was amazing every step along the way. This was my second loan processed with Kelly Tolster and I can say that she will be my loan originator for life. She answered every question i had even in the middle of the night or on vacation. I would rec. her to any and everyone. She is a true asset to VU and to my wife and I.
