My employer uses this bank. Went to cash my paycheck, and was told it would be $10 to cash my check. I asked why and she said because I wasn't a customer. And I said my employer has a multi-million dollar bank account here. Was thinking about maybe getting the account here later on, but not anymore. You don't provide any customer service, you don't get me as a customer.

Waited in line for about 5 min just before closing and got right in to do our transaction. No complaints. Curious about all the 1 star reviews but I guess you normally only review a bank after a bad experience.

Have you ever felt like you, your money or your time doesn't matter to someone? Well that is exactly what you get when you go to this branch . They look at you like you are a problem and not the reason they get paid. I needed to be added to an account quickly , we arrived 20 min before closing and was told by a personal banker they are unable to help us and need to make an appointment. We continued to talk and she sent us to a manager, Christy, who continued to argue with us about it takes 20 to 30 min to add a user to an existing account. We'll in the time it took for us to be "talked to", the job could have been finished and they would have avoided a horrible customer service review. They do not care for the people, and these are the people we are trusting with 100s of thousands of dollars. It is a scary world out there. .. avoid this bank at all costs. Go to another branch as she told us we should try if we couldn't get there at 30 after 4.

No customers in lobby but they are "fully booked" and can't do any notaries. Very Chase bank branch here.

Terrible bank. No one helping in lobby. Tried to open my son a bank account on a Saturday and was told they only have 1 banker working on Saturday and they are completely booked. The women was not nice about it or apologetic. Very disappointing, what bank only has 1 banker to open accounts on a Saturday AND that has no openings.

Had to wait in like at this bank for over 30 more than 3 times now. All three times it’s been the same teller who honestly does NOT seem like she has any idea what she’s doing. My mom goes to this bank every other day and has had the same issue with this lady. She is a regular and this lady has gotten everything either my mom or I have taken to this location confused even just simple deposits. Let alone waiting for over 30 minutes more than twice is insane.... Edit. Was 2 stars, I have not had an issue with this teller any longer and have not seen her since. Lines are still long but much more efficient and polite

We recently opened a trust and business account. During these crazy Covid times we just scheduled an appointment about a week out. Understandable. Brenda set us up with ease. Super friendly. Super knowledgeable. Thanks chase Queen Creek and especially Brenda.

Almost every experience I've had with this bank has been terrible. I've been a customer for 3 years. Have had 2 credit cards compromised, has a home loan that never got processed THREE TIMES and the one that ruined it for me was I set up to open a business account on a Saturday, had the appointment setup for a Monday, entered the branch and was told my appointment was never made. Mountain American Credit Union is where I will be going

Refused to assist me because I didn’t have an appointment and I said I could wait. Yet the chase on combs rd had no problem assisting me. Absolutely disrespectful was told to call the 800 number! USAA is way better bank. Absolutely terrible customer service lady made it seem like an inconvenience that I came in a hour before they closed.

Terrible experience, went to go deposit 800$. Got an error and it gave me 100$ bill back with a receipt to call a number. Long story short they are going to credit me the 800$ until they can investigate it. Lmao what a joke never had a problem like this before.
