  My fiancé & I started working with Angie since April from the day we met her she was professional, friendly, & assuring. We were approved right away and started searching for homes. Never once did she try to force us to like a property which I really loved about working with her if we didn’t like a property she simply said “let’s move onto the next” We told her from the start we wanted a new build she understood and never pressured us. After several weeks searching and no luck. We finally found a new build that was not even on the market we spoke with seller directly we agreed on the price but the home was not quite ready. Angie waited 8 months for us to finally get into escrow and close. She would check on us from time to time just to make sure we were still waiting for the home to be completed. She did not give up on us and continued to wait. Once we were ready everything went smooth and we have our dream home! I would definitely recommend Angie to friends and family.

  Finding and buying a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Oscar Fernandez was incredible, very professional …my stresses were high as (first time byer ) my criteria needed to be met. Oscar is not only a fantastic realtor but he’s an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house I wanted to see Oscar moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams., He worked very hard to make sure things like repairs were fixed (he literally fought for everything on my end). Oscar and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend the them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.

  Hardest working, most genuine and caring person in this business!!! If you have a list of things you are looking for in a realtor Angie checks all those boxes. She listened to every need we had, She checked in with us, she helped us through every obstacle and reassured us when ever it became difficult. She never gives up and works hard to get her clients what they need. Angie is very attentive, she answers all your questions even if it’s late in the day. She is the best in the business.   Angie Garibay just sold our house in Concord. Transaction was a bit rough but she made it happen. As a real estate investor, we don’t want to worry about keeping our properties for a long time, Angie sells our houses very quickly. We highly recommend Angie. Thank you for the superb service!!

  Professional from Start to Finish We contacted Angie to help us with the sale of a second home we owned in Lodi. Her knowledge and experience made the transaction smooth and hassle-free. She reviewed comps in the neighborhood and advised on a target price at which to list. She suggested what repairs made sense and what not to bother with, which saved us a lot of time, cost, and effort. Angie was always available to answer any questions or to assist where she could.   Angie was amazing! Her knowledge of the area and relationships with people in the community were so helpful. Her approach is sweet, but persistent when she has to be! She was so patient and always willing to walk us through the steps. I’d often hear back from Angie after regular business hours because she truly cares about her clients.   I have worked with other companies previously refinancing one of my homes and to be honest it was a headache, chasing them around to almost forcing them to help complete the process. Working with Angie Garibay from Valley Capital Lending & Realty has been a pleasure. Angie has everything under control, she is very reliable, values your time, her communication is exceptional.
