  Tom was great and made the purchasing experience a breeze. I was so worried and anxious about qualifying and the loan going through, but he was so calm and collected which helped put me at ease. He provided little summary videos at each step which helped give me a better understanding of where we were at in the process and what to expect next. I would definitely refer him to all friends and family. I have heard horror stories about being harassed by the loan officers, but Tom let me know what he needed in a clear and concise manner which helped the loan close more efficiently.

  Tom really helped us out when it came time to get our loan. Walked us through the entire process and answered all questions we had. Even help Steer us in the right direction when it came to all the down payment assistance programs as well as whether to go conventional or FHA. A really great experience, I'm glad I finally went to see him for my mortgage. Thanks Tom we couldn't have done it with out you.

  Tom Fernandez has been extremely helpful with my family’s home refinancing. We had our mortgage changed from FHA to a conventional loan with a small cash-out. Thanks to Tom’s help and expertise, the process went very smoothly in addition to his enabling us to get a really good mortgage rate. Whenever we needed him, Tom was always available. We will definitely use him again in a heartbeat. Tom was very professional and called us for updates regularly throughout the mortgage process.   I have never written a review, but I feel that Tom Fernandez at American Pacific Mortgage has done such great work for my family and me. The experience didn’t feel like a business transaction and more casual and low stress. There were no mistakes or other issues throughout process. It may sound cliche but you’re in good hands with Tom. Our home closed yesterday. Great experience.

  Tom and his team helped guide us through the whole process of our loan and did all he could to make sure everything went perfectly for us. He was extremely easy to contact when In need of some questions answered or to get additional paper work. He really took the stress out of the experience.   Tom works harder to get the loan put through than anyone else. He answered phone calls and text messages. Whatever questions that my wife and I had always got an answer. What I didn't know at the time was that he was even answering questions while he was on vacation. Now that is dedication! Thanks again, Aaron Barnett

  Tom Fernandez has refinanced 2 loans for me so far, and I would recommend unconditionally. The process was easy and fast in both cases, and if I ever need it again, Tom would be my first choice for a new mortgage or refi.
