      I know COVID has been slowing everything down, plus shortage of workers, I totally understand that, But I won’t accept it when you see your friend at work and you decide to have a little chat with them whilst there is a long queue waiting. I’d been waiting for 40 minutes outside in 95 degrees hot weather which I was almost passed out plus 20 minutes inside before I spoke to banker. I told another banker the long queue situation and she basically told me that she doesn’t care how long I’ve been waited even I was almost passed out. Unprofessional, selfish, uncaring and ambitious.

      My sister and I have been depositing money for my mom for a few months now and have never had a problem until today! The first teller we went to told us we had to have the account number because my mom wasn’t present and my name wasn’t on the card. The second teller we went to has definitely deposited money for us before because we get the same 3 tellers every time and she had the audacity to say she didn’t know if she deposited money for us just because her manager was right behind us and could hear everything. This team is poorly ran and no one is on the same page. I would understand I needed an account number if I was taking a large amount of money out of the account but all i was doing was making a deposit which we do every week.

      Everytime I have a transaction over 2k they make me wait excessively, longer than any other Wells Fargo, ever heard of a deposit that cleared getting validated on consecutive days? That's how they do business here, I'm black by the way but you probably guessed that..
