  ATM's are terrible. Or I just have bad luck. Multiple times I couldn't deposit cash through the ATM. Their "app" is also terrible. No shortcuts to logging in such as face ID. App runs very slow. No convenient way to check your balance through the app. In order to login you have to use the username they gave you, very inconvenient. NONE of my emails to them have been relied to. Recently my account got locked for no reason and I have not gotten a response back.

  Been a customer for over 2 years now and I will be switching to a new bank. Very poor customer service and mobile app it takes forever to get a rep on the line at least an hr wait. They hype up their easy loan and refinancing and its ridiculous how much of a lie it is, anybody on here that says other wise is a friend or family member of an employee. Me and my husband make good money and always pay our cars on time tried today refinance my vehicle after a year and a half of on time payments and got denied tried to take out a personal minimum loan got denied BS!

  Had nothing but problems with this bank since I had it now after 3 years I'm shutting my account its ridiculous when your card is frozen because of them and there's no 24 hour service number where you can call to get your card unfrozen. Horrible wait time and ridiculous long lines you have to wait in. They're closed on holidays no body celebrates so dont be surprised when they're closed . Over draft fees are $30 and I have a hard time trying to get my money out from the atm. Just very irritating and never considering this bank

  I've been banking with financial for 14 years. I used to love it here but this branch is hit or miss. While I've had some great experiences, I've lately been having some frustrating ones. I have multiple accounts here, a car loan and a personal one. I was literally told by a manager that I need to double check what tellers sign me up for to make sure it actually goes through. So basically the place I trust my two direct deposits at among others things is telling me to double check everything tellers tell me? Scary to say the least..

  Horrible customer service. They're not happy working there. Web site is always locking up can't pay bills online. No effort to improve. Starting from the main guy. Non existing after hours support. Good luck if you're traveling and need assistance. I wish I could give a 0 star.

  Can’t get balance on Burt. Bank is open today, but doesn’t answer the phone. Can’t use my card from another bank for a payment. Cash only? Banking here is so difficult.

  Great bank, friendly staff. They do get crowded around 2:00-3:00. It's best to get in there around 3:30ish-4:00. Not too bad during those times.

  Don’t open an account here. They charge $10 to close each account you have. What a joke. And you have to wait forever to even get to the teller because they are that slow. What a waste

  I love this bank, just not this branch. Longest wait times. I recommend the downtown branch and Airport branch, much quicker.
