  This is a great company if you need credit work done. Very professional and helpful. They always make themselves available for you anytime you need to check the status of the credit work being done. I was looking to purchase a home but I needed credit work done first. Now I will be purchasing my first home very soon thanks to this company. I would recommend to anyone looking to have credit work done.

  I am now approved for a mortgage and they helped me do just that. I needed 26 points to get a 640 to get a mortgage and once 2 of the 3 collections were removed my score jumped 37 points. I do recommend if you need help.

  Good company it can take a lil while to finish but it was worth it in the end. They were able to help me remove a lot of medical bills from my credit report

  Consultation is worth the time they don’t charge for it. I thought I was bad off than what I was. Only needed to pay some credit cards and open up a few more accounts to build my score up.

  Eager to take your money and tell you it will take 6 months and then do absolutely nothing. I know that because i only recieved one letter from one creditor after the first month and im pretty sure it was a dispute I made before I started using the credit service. Never he reached out to ask why I canceled my services. Either because they know they did absolutely nothing after they started taking my money or doesnt even know I canceled over a month ago. Either way this company is robbery, unprofessional and my be unlawful. We will see. Good luck!

  Hello Mark thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you feel that way about our services. Upon Review of your file there were a number of negative items removed during your 90 day period. We give estimated time frames based on your credit report and the items reporting. As discussed in your FREE consultation and also included in your agreement, your estimated time frame was a MINIMUM of 6 MONTHS, meaning it can possibly take a  longer time or shorter in some cases . Credit Repair is not a quick process for Most. By law in NC no credit repair company can guarantee a time frame  and services have to be monthly (NO PAYMENT CONTRACT ) . Your start date was May 4, 2020 and your first deletions were on June 24th, 2020 (DISPUTES AND CREDITOR LETTERS  ON AVERAGE TAKE 30-45 DAYS TO PROCESS). SEVERAL derogatory items were removed including a BANKRUPTCY (Please Review Credit Monitor Service). Furthermore When a client cancels manually without speaking to someone we follow up with them via email/phone within 45 days of their cancellation date.  Your Cancellation date was August 3, 2020 we will contact you on or before September 17, 2020(45 DAYS). You also have an option of calling in beforehand or scheduling call time to review your file and if you'd like continuing services. Hopefully we talk to you soon and can finish helping you with restoring your credit. Thank You

  I have never learned so much! I really appreciate Pierre being patient and giving my fiancé and I direct action steps to build our credit. He went above and beyond! He was also extremely honest and resourceful. We left knowing exactly what to do. Credit has always been overwhelming for me.
