  I have been banking with Bank of Oak Ridge since they were in a trailer in 2001. The reason is their personalized service. I have had accounts with the large, national banks and am not interested in moving from this bank. I now bank at the Pisgah Church location and find Tina and the staff to be friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. It is good to know that this institution still values the customer, and has the skills to handle the occasional odd request with smiles.

  The courtesy and professionalism we experienced from Miriam when we first walked into the bank was warm, welcoming, and totally different than what we experienced when we visited this bank in November 2021. The customer service and professionalism got even better when we sat down to further conduct business with Christina Rubio. Christina's superb people skills, knowledge of banking, and her warm, friendly personality, made me feel glad that I listened to my hubby and gave this bank a second chance.

  I have been with the Bank of Oak Ridge in excess of 15 Years. I have been with them because they have been there for me! As my family and our needs have evolved, they have done every small detail imaginable. I don't even have to ask! This is not just fabulous customer service, it is empathy and customer care!   Recently I made a banking era that had the Pisgah Church branch of Bank of Oak Ridge not caught I would have lost a substantial amount of money. The bank system noticed an unusual transaction, Christina (Pisgah Church branch) immediately notified me, stopped and corrected my mistake. The entire staff, particularly the Pisgah branch have been extremely helpful in closing my accounts, and reopening new ones. I highly recommend Bank of Oak Ridge, and again thank the entire staff.   I love this bank! I have been with them since they first opened in Oak Ridge, NC and although still a "community bank", they provide detailed attention to both my personal and business accounts and provide all the services of a big bank. They are flexible and help me address all issues in an immediate and customer friendly manner. They are definitely small business oriented and have worked closely with their internal employees to train them on customer service skills as well as understanding the nuances of the banks "services and products". Which in turn helps me when we have questions! A great bank to become your partner and team member in both personal and business endeavors.

  I had the opportunity to deal with the folks at the new High Point location with a loan for a house addition. They were the best bankers I've worked with in a long time. Very professional yet made me feel like I was their only customer. I've been thinking for some time about ditching the big bank for a local one and they have helped me make the decision easier. I would highly recommend Bank of Oak Ridge and check out the new HP location....it's pretty sweet.
